Welcome to the hiking route to Gajdoš in the beautiful region of Malé Karpaty. This moderate 5.622-kilometer trail offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the area while enjoying some interesting points of interest along the way.
Starting at the trailhead, you will come across the information point called Panský dom, providing valuable insights about the surroundings. As you continue on, about 1.26 kilometers into the hike, you will reach another informative spot named Čermák. Further along the trail at around 1.11 kilometers in, you will find the refreshing Modranská baba spring to replenish your water supply.
Continuing on, at approximately 2.52 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a viewpoint, offering stunning panoramic views of the surroundings. As you make your way back, at 2.81 kilometers, you will reach the peak of Gajdoš, providing a rewarding end to your hike.
Throughout the trail, you will also come across various amenities such as parking areas, memorials, and even a shelter named Čermák for a quick rest stop. Additionally, there are information points like Panský chodník and Malé Karpaty providing interesting facts about the area.
As this route is an out-and-back type, you will retrace your steps on the way back, passing by the same points of interest in reverse. With an elevation gain of 174 meters and a duration of approximately 1 hour and 44 minutes, this hike is suitable for hikers with a moderate fitness level.
