This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you through the beautiful area around Rocca Pia. The trail covers a distance of 19.195 kilometers with an elevation gain of 981 meters, so be prepared for a challenging trek that will take approximately 6 hours and 53 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you will come across a convenient parking area before venturing further into the trail. Along the way, you will pass by the restaurant "Il Faggeto" at 1.76 kilometers from the start, where you can take a break and refuel.
Continuing on, you will reach the alpine hut "Bosco di Sant'Antonio" at 2.44 kilometers, offering a cozy accommodation option for hikers. Further ahead, at 2.3 kilometers, you will encounter the Fonte di Sant. Antonio fountain, providing a refreshing stop to hydrate.
