This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Alpe Gund. The 10.5 km long trail offers stunning views and a challenging terrain, with an elevation gain of 879 meters.

As you start your journey, you will come across a wayside cross at 1.77 km from the beginning of the trail. Further along the path, at the 5.12 km mark, you will find Alpe Gund, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy some traditional mountain fare.

For sustenance along the way, a pub is located at the same distance as Alpe Gund, 5.12 km from the start. Additionally, there is a drinking water source at the same location to keep you hydrated during your hike.

As you continue on the trail, you will encounter informational points that provide interesting insights about the area. These points are located at various distances from the start, offering tidbits of knowledge about the surroundings.

For those who enjoy a good view, Stuiben Peak is located 3.43 km from the starting point, although it is slightly off the main trail.

Remember to check the weather forecast before embarking on this difficult hike, and ensure you are well-prepared with plenty of water and suitable gear. The trail is a circular route, so you will end up back at your starting point after 4 hours and 37 minutes of exploration. Enjoy the journey!
