The Rastkogel hiking route is situated in a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes. This circular trail covers a distance of 13.854 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1135 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike that will take approximately 6 hours and 2 minutes to complete.

As you set off on this challenging adventure, you will come across several points of interest along the trail. At the beginning of the hike, you will find a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before starting your journey. Approximately 2.17 kilometers into the hike, there is a drinking water station to refill your water bottles and stay hydrated.

Further along the trail, at around 5.28 kilometers from the start, there is a water source located off the trail. As you continue on, you will encounter more water sources at 4.95 kilometers, 5.06 kilometers, 4.97 kilometers, 4.86 kilometers, and 4.73 kilometers from the start.

One of the highlights of the hike is the peak of Rastkogel, standing at 2762 meters above sea level. This peak is approximately 6.51 kilometers from the starting point and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area.
