This challenging out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning viewpoint of Lake Bohinj and its surroundings in Ukanc.

The trail covers a distance of 9.625 kilometers with an elevation gain of 456 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 3 hours and 22 minutes to complete.

Starting from the trailhead, you will pass by various points of interest along the way.
- Early on in the hike, at around 2.62 kilometers from the start, you will come across a picturesque viewpoint offering beautiful vistas of the area.
- As you continue your ascent, you will reach Rjava skala, a peak located 4.78 kilometers from the start, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
- Around the midway point of the trail, approximately 4.71 kilometers from the start, you will find the Planinska koča Merjasec na Voglu alpine hut where you can take a break and refuel.
- Nearby, there are several restaurants such as Merjasec and Pizzeria Burja to grab a bite to eat.

Additionally, there are several viewpoints along the trail where you can pause and admire the scenery. Keep an eye out for Resturant Viharnik, a restaurant located 4.81 kilometers from the start.
