Located in a picturesque area, the Jezero v Ledvicah High Viewpoint hike offers stunning views and a challenging trek for experienced hikers. With a distance of 20.4 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1529 meters, this route is classified as extremely difficult, so be prepared for a tough journey ahead.

Starting at the trailhead, you will come across several points of interest along the way. About 9 kilometers in, you will find the Rjavo jezero (Brown Lake) located off the trail. Further along at the 9.5-kilometer mark, you will encounter the Zeleno jezero (Green Lake) which is conveniently located on the trail.

As you continue your journey, be sure to stop by the Zasavska koča na Prehodavcih (Zasavska Cottage at Prehodavci) at the 8.48-kilometer mark to take a break and recharge. Additionally, there are various drinking water stations and restaurants near the trail to keep you hydrated and fueled for the hike.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across informative signposts and viewpoints offering breathtaking scenery. Keep an eye out for the Čez Dol saddle and the Krožna pot Gmajna loop trail for some interesting detours.

It is recommended to bring plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear for this challenging route.
