Welcome to the Route des Crêtes hiking trail! This 8.218-kilometer circular route offers stunning views and a challenging hike for experienced outdoor enthusiasts.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey along the trail. As you make your way through the scenic landscape, be sure to take in the breathtaking sights from the Roche des Fées viewpoint, located 3.49 kilometers from the start. This is a perfect spot to rest and admire the surrounding beauty.

Around 2.25 kilometers into the hike, you will come across a lovely fountain where you can refill your water bottle and take a refreshing break. Continuing on, at 3.32 kilometers, you will find another viewpoint and a peak at 3.73 kilometers, offering panoramic views of the area.

Throughout the trail, you will also encounter several historic boundary stones, adding a touch of local history to your adventure. These stones are scattered along the route, with the closest one at 3.32 kilometers and the furthest one at 3.73 kilometers.

As you navigate the path, keep in mind that this is a difficult hike with a total elevation gain of 423 meters. Be sure to bring plenty of water, wear sturdy hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before setting out. The entire route is expected to take around 2 hours and 57 minutes to complete.
