Welcome to the Chaos du Chéran hiking route! This easy out-and-back trail spans 4.171 kilometers with no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

The trail begins at the Cabane des Pêcheurs parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the journey. Along the way, you'll come across several points of interest. Approximately 2.09 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Chaos du Chéran viewpoint, offering a stunning vista of the area. Just a bit further, at 2.08 kilometers, you'll find the informational point "Le Chaos du Chéran" providing insights into the geological formations of the region.

As you continue, you'll encounter the Cochet Nord information point at 1.89 kilometers, followed by the Pont de l'Abîme viewpoint (not directly on the trail) and the Pontet information point at 0.15 kilometers. At the turnaround point, 2.09 kilometers from the start, you can explore the informational signs at the Parcours de pêche and enjoy a well-deserved break at the Picnic Site located 0.43 kilometers from the beginning.
