This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with varying landscapes and historical landmarks. Starting at La Collina, you will first pass by a parking area at the beginning of the trail. About 0.21 kilometers into the hike, you will come across a charming fountain where you can take a break and refill your water bottle.

Continuing on, at around 0.22 kilometers from the start, you will reach Fattoria di Colle, a historic manor with a rich heritage. As you hike further, you will encounter the ruins of Chiesino di Montauto at approximately 1.41 kilometers from the starting point. These ancient ruins offer a glimpse into the past and are a great spot for some exploration.

At 1.98 kilometers into the hike, you will reach La Collina peak, which offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. This is a perfect spot to rest and take in the scenery before heading back. On the way back, you can visit the wayside shrine that is about 0.18 kilometers from the start to soak in some more history and culture.

This out-and-back route covers a distance of 3.951 kilometers with an elevation gain of 247 meters, making it a relatively easy hike suitable for all skill levels. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear appropriate footwear, and check the weather forecast before setting out.
