Further along the trail, at the 3.38 kilometer mark, you will reach the impressive peak of Pic de Saint-Barthélemy. The views from here are breathtaking and definitely worth the effort.
On your way back, make sure to stop by Source du ruisseau de Fountrounne, a spring located just 0.07 kilometers from the trail. This is a perfect spot to refill your water bottle and rest before continuing on your journey.
