This hiking route takes you through a picturesque area with a rich historical background. The trail is 2.057 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 37 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across an archaeological site known as "Αρχαία πόλη" at a distance of 0.15 kilometers from the start. Continuing on, you will pass by the famous "Ακρόπολη" archaeological site located 0.34 kilometers from the beginning of the trail.

As you venture further along the path, you will encounter "Ελεύθερνα," another archaeological site located 0.43 kilometers from the start, along with the "Νεκρόπολη της Όρθιας Πέτρας" located at the same distance. Make sure to explore these historic sites and learn about their significance.

For a refreshing break, there is a spring named "Ancient Carved Water Cistern" located 0.68 kilometers from the start of the trail. This is a great spot to rest and replenish your water supply.

Throughout the hike, you will also come across various amenities such as benches, fountains, and wayside shrines. These provide convenient resting spots and add to the overall experience of the hike.

At the turnaround point, 1.03 kilometers from the start, you will reach a viewpoint that offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Take some time to soak in the beauty before heading back along the same trail.
