One of the highlights of the trail is the Emlet-Bildstock wayside cross, located 0.71 kilometers from the start. Further along, at the 0.88-kilometer mark, you will reach the site of the Schlacht am Bohl 3.8.1644 battlefield, offering a glimpse into the area's historical significance.

For those interested in nature conservation, the Naturschutzgebiet Vogelsang information point is located at the beginning of the trail. Additionally, Winfrieds Bänkle viewpoint can be found midway through the hike, providing a nice spot to rest and take in the views.

Remember to bring plenty of water, as there are limited facilities along the trail. It is also recommended to check the weather forecast before heading out, as conditions can change quickly in the outdoors.
