Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by a shelter known as Cabaña around 1.82 kilometers from the start. This is a good spot to take a break and rest if needed. As you continue on, you'll come across a peak called Peña la Magdalena, although it is not directly on the trail.
One of the highlights of the hike is reaching the peak of Pico Navarín at 5.71 kilometers from the start. This will be a rewarding experience as you take in panoramic views from the summit.
Along the way, you will also encounter Peña de la Cueva, another peak located 0.08 kilometers from the trail. Make sure to stay on the marked path to avoid getting off track.
For sustenance, there is a drinking water source named Fuente del Arco approximately 1.43 kilometers from the start. It is essential to stay hydrated during the hike, so refill your water supply here.
The route covers a distance of 11.426 kilometers with an elevation gain of 381 meters, making it a difficult hike that requires a moderate level of fitness. It is recommended to wear appropriate hiking gear, bring enough water, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this journey.
