Welcome to the Nid d'Aigle hiking trail, a challenging 13.733-kilometer circular route that will take you through stunning alpine terrain in the region. The trail offers breathtaking views and unique points of interest along the way.

At the beginning of the trail, you will come across the "Pierre du Chevrier ou Pierre des Druides," a historic monument located just 0.07 kilometers from the start. As you continue your journey, you will pass by two drinking water stations at 3.01 kilometers and 4.44 kilometers from the starting point, allowing you to refill your water bottles and stay hydrated.

Midway through the hike, at 6.01 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point offering insights into the area's history and geography. Further along the trail, at 6.47 kilometers, you will reach the "Nid d'Aigle" viewpoint, providing a stunning vantage point to admire the surrounding landscapes.

As the trail meanders towards the end, you will encounter the "Drapel" climbing spot at 0.97 kilometers from the start, offering a challenging opportunity for climbing enthusiasts. Additionally, at 1.01 kilometers from the start, you will find a viewpoint and a bench to rest and take in the scenic beauty of the area.

Please note that this route is classified as extremely difficult, with an elevation gain of 791.0 meters, so make sure to be prepared for a strenuous hike.
