This challenging 8.877-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the beautiful area of Sentier de Chamossalaz. With an elevation gain of 613 meters, this trail is perfect for experienced hikers looking for a bit of a challenge.
As you start your hike, you will pass by the parking area at Col de Jaman, where you can leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest, including the stunning Rochers de Naye peak, which is 4.19 kilometers from the start.
For a break, you can stop by Restaurant Le Manoïre, located at the beginning of the trail, or at Plein Roc restaurant further along the route. If you're feeling adventurous, you can try the Via Ferrata Rochers de Naye, which is 3.57 kilometers from the start.
Make sure to check out the viewpoints along the trail, such as the one at 4.17 kilometers from the start, and don't miss the wayside cross at 3.7 kilometers in.
For a unique experience, you can visit the Grottes de Naye cave entrance at 2.61 kilometers from the start or the Grotte de Nayes cave entrance at 2.55 kilometers in.
