This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding De Krul in Maastricht. The trail is super easy with almost no elevation gain, making it perfect for hikers of all levels.

As you start your journey, you'll come across a charming Bassin where you can enjoy the peaceful water views just 42 meters off the trail. Further along, at about 23% into the hike, you'll find a historical building called Affuitenloods around 65 meters from the trail. This would be a great spot to take a break and admire the architecture.

As you continue on the trail, you'll pass by various restaurants and eateries like Harbour Club Maastricht, Gastrobar Dock Five, and 'Allo 'Allo Bistro within close proximity but off the trail. These places could be great for a post-hike meal or refreshments.

Midway through the hike, you'll come across a beautiful fountain and a mural artwork called Mural zanglijster right by the trail. These sights offer a nice cultural touch to your outdoor adventure. As you near the end of the hike, don't miss out on the viewpoint called De Krul, located around 44% into the trail. It provides a stunning vantage point to capture the surrounding beauty.
