Located in the heart of a stunning natural area, the PR-M 18 hiking route offers a pleasant and easy hike for nature enthusiasts. With a total distance of 3.72 kilometers and an elevation gain of 146 meters, this route is perfect for a leisurely outdoor adventure.

As you begin your journey, you will come across the "Machacaderas" parking area, situated just 5 meters from the trailhead. This is a convenient spot to leave your vehicle and start your hike. Moving along the path, at approximately 1.86 kilometers into the route, you will encounter a striking peak known for its breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Continuing onwards, about 0.1 kilometers from the start, you will pass by the historic "Puerta de la Pedriza" boundary stone, adding a touch of cultural significance to your hike. As you reach the halfway point, you will find the "Alta Montaña" restaurant, a perfect place to refuel and enjoy a meal while taking in the serene surroundings.

Towards the end of the trail, at 0.71 kilometers from the start, you will spot another peak offering panoramic vistas, although slightly off the main path. This out-and-back route allows you to enjoy the same scenic views on your way back.
