Cuerda Larga is a beautiful hiking route that offers stunning views and a moderate level of difficulty. The trail is an out-and-back type, covering a distance of approximately 4.6 kilometers with an elevation gain of 393 meters. It is estimated to take around 2 hours to complete the hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest. At the beginning of the trail, you will find parking facilities and a shelter known as Refugio Cumbres. Continuing on, you will pass by a bar called El Mirador where you can stop for a break and enjoy some refreshments.

Midway through the hike, you will reach Dos Castillas, a peak that offers panoramic views of the surrounding area. Further ahead, you will encounter another peak called Bola del Mundo or Alto de las Guarramillas. From here, you can marvel at the scenic landscape that stretches out before you.

Along the way, there are also several restaurants such as Dos Castillas, Venta Arias, and Pasadoiro where you can refuel and recharge before continuing your trek. Additionally, there are information points scattered throughout the trail to provide you with insights about the area.
