This challenging hiking route takes you through the outskirts of the stunning area of Laguna Chica de Peñalara. The trail spans a distance of 6.579 kilometers with an elevation gain of 516 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding adventure.

As you start your journey, you will encounter Laguna Chica de Peñalara, a beautiful water feature located 1.75 kilometers from the trail. This serene lake offers a perfect spot to rest and take in the surrounding natural beauty.

Continuing along the path, at around 3.29 kilometers from the start, you will come across various water sources, including scenic viewpoints like Mirador de Javier and refreshing spots to refill your water supply.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 2.1 kilometers from the start, you will find a convenient parking area and a bench where you can take a break and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

As you approach the end of the trail, about 2.96 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of the trail, offering breathtaking views of the area.
