This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Mitterbach Wasserfall. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 1.602 kilometers and an elevation gain of 77 meters, making it super easy in terms of difficulty.

As you start your hike, you will come across some interesting points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, about 0.14 kilometers from the start, you'll find a picturesque water feature. Further along, at 0.33 kilometers from the start, you'll pass by the Julius Stelzer monument.

Midway through your hike, at around 0.72 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the Ruine Peggau castle ruins, adding a historical touch to your nature walk. Close by, at 0.8 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Mitterbach Wasserfall viewpoint, where you can enjoy a stunning view of the waterfall.

Before you turn back, make sure to check out the Nöst Materl wayside cross, located at 0.6 kilometers from the start, and the Mitterbach Wasserfall waterfall, located at 0.8 kilometers from the start.
