This hiking route is located in a beautiful area with a distance of approximately 3.212 kilometers and an elevation gain of 44 meters, making it an easy trail suitable for all skill levels. The estimated duration of the hike is around 51 minutes.

As you start the hike, you will come across a parking area right at the beginning of the trail. About 0.04 kilometers into the hike, you will find Gasthaus Weingrill, a restaurant where you can take a break and enjoy a meal.

Continuing on the trail, at around 0.65 kilometers, you will pass by a water source. Remember to bring enough water with you for the hike, especially on warmer days.

Further along the trail, at approximately 1.61 kilometers, you will reach Hochwasserbecken, a water retention basin. This can be a great spot to take in the surroundings and rest before heading back.

On your way back, at about 0.13 kilometers from the start, you will find a bench where you can sit and take a breather if needed. Additionally, there are information points along the trail in Friesach, providing insights into the area's history and points of interest.
