This challenging hiking route takes you to the beautiful area of Muntanya del Muntanyès. The trail spans a distance of approximately 10.8 kilometers with an elevation gain of 247 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.
As you start your hike, you will come across Plaça Oriol Àvila, a parking area located right at the beginning of the trail. Further along, at around 0.03 kilometers into the hike, you will pass by Plaça Salvador Puig Antich, another convenient parking spot.
Around 2.74 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter the ruins of Castell de Saladern, a historic castle that offers a glimpse into the region's past. Along the way, you will also find Ateneu, a restaurant where you can take a break and refuel.
For nature enthusiasts, Niu de Cigonya, an artwork located approximately 0.06 kilometers into the hike, provides a unique cultural experience. Additionally, Muntanya del Muntanyès, a peak located at around 5.42 kilometers into the trek, offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
