The hiking route to Freihut is located in a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes. The trail is 8.199 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 1045.0 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 4 hours and 30 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Alpengasthof Ruetz restaurant, where you can grab a bite to eat or replenish your water supply. Along the way, you will also find several benches to rest and take in the scenic views.

Midway through the hike, you will reach Kleiner Freihut, a peak that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area. Continuing on, you will eventually reach the main destination, Freihut peak.
