Welcome to the Route de Palissonnet! This moderate 5.153-kilometer out-and-back hiking route offers a picturesque journey with no elevation gain. The trail begins at the parking area, where you can leave your vehicle and start your adventure.

As you set off, you will come across the Table d'orientation viewpoint, located just 0.02 kilometers from the start. Take a moment to enjoy the stunning panoramic views before continuing on. Further along the trail, at a distance of 0.4 kilometers from the beginning, you will find a refreshing water source by the trail.

Midway through the hike, at 2.4 kilometers from the start, you will pass by the beautiful Étang du Petit Homme, where you can take a break and appreciate the tranquility of the surroundings. Be sure to bring enough water with you, as there are not many water sources along the way.

As you approach the end of the trail, around 2.58 kilometers from the start, you will find another water source to refill your water bottle. Additionally, there is the Étang de Baverolles, located 2.06 kilometers from the start, although it's slightly off the trail.
