This extremely difficult 13.36-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through a challenging but rewarding journey in the picturesque area surrounding the Waxenegghütte destination in Austria.
Starting off, you will find yourself amidst the stunning natural beauty of the region, with the trail passing by the Jausenstation Gudrun Leitner restaurant right at the beginning, where you can grab a bite to eat before embarking on your adventure.
As you continue on, the trail will lead you to the Waxenegghütte alpine hut, approximately 6.12 kilometers into the hike. This is a great spot to take a rest, refuel, and enjoy the serene surroundings before pushing forward.
