Located in a picturesque area, the Gandy Way trail offers a pleasant and easy hiking experience. The 2.921-kilometer route has no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you embark on the trail, you will come across various points of interest. About 0.93 kilometers from the start, you will find a natural water source, perfect for a refreshing break along the way. Further along, at 1.46 kilometers, there is another water feature for your convenience.

For history enthusiasts, a Type 22 Pillbox, a historic building, can be found at the beginning of the trail. Additionally, there are options for sustenance along the route, with The Hourglass pub located 0.77 kilometers in and the Marina Café 0.8 kilometers from the start.

Facilities such as parking can be found at the trailhead, providing convenience for visitors. As you make your way back, a Subway fast food restaurant offers a quick bite to eat at 0.11 kilometers from the start. A bench for resting is also available at 1.45 kilometers into the hike.
