This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding the Camino de servicio del Canal de Isabel II. The trail is 2.926 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 106 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
Starting off, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. At the beginning, you will find a parking area followed by a shelter located a quarter of the way into the hike. Further along, you will pass by Casa balconada and the Antigua Iglesia de San José, where you can learn about the history of the area.
As you continue, you will encounter the Antiguo Lavadero and Fuente Nueva, a beautiful fountain perfect for a quick rest stop. Along the way, you will also find restaurants such as El Chiscón, El Rey de Patones, and El Rincón de Patones, where you can refuel and enjoy some local cuisine.
Further along the trail, you will discover attractions such as Hornos and Bodegas en caleriza y Cochiqueras, adding a cultural touch to your hiking experience. Don't forget to check out the viewpoint at La Última Estación for a stunning panoramic view of the surroundings.
