Hiking : Subida al Convento

Welcome to the hiking route "Subida al Convento". This circular trail offers a 2.53-kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 341 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by a convenient parking area right at the beginning of the route. As you continue, around 0.1 kilometers in, you will come across a water source where you can refill your bottles before the ascent.

After the initial stretch, at around 0.34 kilometers, you will encounter a peak with stunning views, perfect for a quick break to enjoy the scenery. Further ahead, about 1.03 kilometers into the hike, another peak awaits, offering even more breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings.

Midway through the trail, at approximately 1.06 kilometers, you will reach another peak, providing a different perspective of the landscape. As you make your way back towards the starting point, keep an eye out for the archaeological site of Zona Arqueológica La Cabrera, located just off the trail.
