Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across Villa Edelmann, a historic manor located just 0.01 kilometers from the start of the trail. As you continue, you will encounter Le Case Vecchie and Rocca di Cerbaia, both ancient ruins situated 0.2 and 0.6 kilometers from the beginning of the hike, respectively.

Along the way, you will pass by Casa Giuncaie, a historic site 1 kilometer into the trail, and Fonte di Dante, a natural spring located 1.55 kilometers from the start. As you approach the midway point, you can take a slight detour to reach the peak at 4.03 kilometers, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

Further along the trail, you will find Postazione Linea Gotica, a historic battlefield site 1.47 kilometers from the start, and various information points providing insights into the area's rich history and natural features.
