This hiking route is located in a beautiful area with stunning views and various points of interest to explore along the way. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 1.907 kilometers and an elevation gain of 67.0 meters, making it super easy in terms of difficulty.

Starting from the parking area at the trailhead, hikers will pass by the Sépulture des Pestiférés de 1569, an archaeological site with historical significance, located 0.95 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail at 0.73 kilometers from the beginning, you'll reach the Col de Bergout, a picturesque saddle offering a nice resting spot.

As you continue your journey, at around 0.77 kilometers from the start, you'll come across the Fontaine de Bergout, a refreshing fountain where you can refill your water bottles. Nearby, there is also an information point providing insights into the local area.

For those interested in free flying, the Décollage parapente 500 site is just 0.95 kilometers from the trailhead, offering a great vantage point for takeoff. Do take some time to admire the surrounding natural beauty and maybe catch some paragliders in action.

If you are in need of a break, the Cabane de Bergout shelter is 0.64 kilometers from the beginning, providing a cozy spot to rest and enjoy a snack. Additionally, there are rock formations and a peak nearby (not on the trail) that you can explore if you're up for a little off-trail adventure.
