This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Gros Cousimbert. The 5.028-kilometer trail offers a moderate level of difficulty with an elevation gain of 217 meters. As you begin your hike, you'll come across a parking area at the trailhead. Be sure to bring plenty of water as there are limited opportunities to refill along the way. About 2.51 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach Gros Cousimbert, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy the stunning views.

Further along the trail, at approximately 0.26 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter another alpine hut for a different resting spot. Keep an eye out for benches and picnic sites along the way where you can stop and rest while taking in the natural surroundings.

One of the highlights of the hike is Crau Rappo, a restaurant and alpine hut located just 0.05 kilometers off the trail. This is a great place to grab a meal or snack before continuing on your journey.
