Starting at the parking area, you will pass by a bench at around 2 kilometers into the hike, offering a nice spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings. Along the way, you will also find various information points to learn more about the area.

At the midpoint of the hike, you will reach Chalet de Préperny, an alpine hut where you can take in scenic views and perhaps rest for a bit before continuing your journey.

Near the end of the trail, you will encounter Étang de Préperny, a picturesque water feature that serves as the destination of this out-and-back route.
