Welcome to the hiking route to Plangerosskopf, a challenging and extremely difficult trail spanning 13.7 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1421 meters.
The hike begins at Verpeilbach, a beautiful water feature just 0.21 kilometers from the start. As you continue, you'll reach the Verpeilhütte Alpine Hut located 1.46 kilometers into the hike, offering a cozy spot to rest and refuel.
Midway through the trail at 4.47 kilometers, you'll come across a scenic saddle before encountering another water source at 4.6 kilometers. Further along the path, at 5.79 kilometers, you'll pass by Aperes Madatschjoch saddle and enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks.
While not directly on the trail, the Östlicher and Mittlerer Madatschturm peaks offer a challenging detour worth exploring at 4.33 kilometers into the hike.
