This hiking route takes you through the scenic area around Minnesota Zoo - Galaxie Avenue. The route is super easy with a total distance of 1.619 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across the Minnesota Zoological Gardens at a distance of 0.66 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This is a great opportunity to explore the local wildlife and enjoy the zoo's attractions.

Further along the trail, at a distance of 0.51 kilometers, you will find a water feature, providing a serene spot to rest and take in the surroundings.

Continuing on, at the 0.81-kilometer mark, you will come across another water feature before reaching the Ampitheater at 0.69 kilometers. This is a perfect spot to take a break, soak in the scenery, and maybe even catch a performance if you're lucky.

For those driving to the trailhead, parking is available at the beginning of the trail (0.0 kilometers) and midway at 0.06 kilometers.
