The Erich-Endriss-Weg hiking route is located in a scenic area with beautiful natural surroundings. This moderate difficulty out-and-back trail covers a distance of 6.573 kilometers with an elevation gain of 471 meters, taking an estimated duration of 2 hours and 41 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you'll come across a water point right at the beginning of the trail, allowing you to refill your water bottles and stay hydrated throughout your journey. About a third of the way in, at 0.33 kilometers, you'll find the Brunellawirt restaurant where you can take a break and grab a bite to eat.

Further along the trail, at 2.4 kilometers, there is another water point for your convenience. At 2.5 kilometers, you'll encounter the Gantekopf peak, a natural landmark offering stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. As you continue on, at 3.29 kilometers, you'll reach a viewpoint where you can take in breathtaking sights of the area.

Additionally, there are benches scattered along the trail at 2.89 and 2.9 kilometers, providing opportunities to rest and enjoy the surroundings. For those driving to the trailhead, a parking area is available at the beginning of the route.
