This challenging circular hiking route will take you through the stunning landscapes of Grau Trencanous. The trail spans approximately 7.8 kilometers in distance with an elevation gain of 510 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike that will take around 3 hours to complete.
As you start your journey, you'll pass by various water features such as Bassa de la Balandra, Font del Roure, and Font de les Creus. These refreshing springs provide a perfect opportunity to refill your water bottle and take in the natural beauty of the area.
Midway through the hike, you'll encounter Grau Trencanous, a rocky pass that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. This point serves as a great spot to rest and admire the scenery before continuing on your adventure.
Further along the trail, you'll come across the Cova dels Patacons o Llonga, a cave entrance that adds a sense of mystery and exploration to the hike. Nearby, you'll also find the ruins of historic structures, providing a glimpse into the area's past.
For your convenience, there are parking areas available at the beginning and end of the trail, as well as a drinking water source at Diposit Vell.
