This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Dlhodolinský vrch. With a total distance of 13.852 kilometers and an elevation gain of 379 meters, this trail is considered extremely difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers.
As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on the hike. Close to the beginning of the trail, at 0.12 kilometers in, you will encounter some historic ruins worth exploring.
As you make your way along the trail, you will pass by interesting points of interest such as Drienkovská priepasť, a cave entrance located at 5.85 kilometers from the start. Further along, at 0.83 kilometers from the start, you will find the Alsó-hegyi zsombolyos tanösvény information center.
Be sure to visit Pályi-kút, a natural spring located at 1.76 kilometers from the start, to refill your water bottles. Along the route, you will also find various caves and information centers, offering a unique insight into the area's natural and cultural heritage.
Near the end of the trail, at 6.89 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Dlhodolinský vrch, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
