This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Malga Lodin alta on the Sentiero dei Silenzi trail. The route is an out-and-back type with a total distance of 13.671 kilometers and an elevation gain of 461 meters, making it extremely difficult in terms of difficulty.

As you begin your hike, you'll come across the Käsestube, a charming farm where you can sample local cheese and other dairy products. This cozy spot is located right on the trail, making it a perfect place to stop for a snack at the beginning or end of your journey.

Further along the trail, about 6.84 kilometers from the start, you'll pass by a refreshing water source, offering a chance to refill your water bottle and take a moment to rest and enjoy the surrounding nature.

At around 0.84 kilometers from the start, you'll reach Passo di Melédis / Straniger Sattel, a picturesque saddle with stunning views of the landscape. This is a great spot to soak in the beauty of the area and take some memorable photos.

As you make your way back towards the starting point, you can stop by the Straniger Alm, an alpine hut offering a cozy place to rest and refuel before completing your hike.
