This hiking route takes you through a challenging 12.203-kilometer trail with an elevation gain of 978.0 meters, making it extremely difficult but rewarding for experienced hikers. The trail is circular, starting and ending at Pic du Pas de Broc.
As you begin your journey, you will pass by the ruins of an ancient site located 4.95 kilometers from the starting point, adding a touch of history to your adventure. Further along the trail, at 1.42 kilometers, you will encounter the peak of Moncaut, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding natural landscape.
Midway through the hike, at 5.1 kilometers, you will reach Pic Merdanson and Pic du Merdanson, two peaks that provide a perfect spot to take a break and admire the beauty of the area. Continuing on, at 6.06 kilometers, you will come across the peak of Pic du Pas de Broc, the culmination of your journey, offering breathtaking views as a reward for your efforts.
Along the way, you will also encounter a natural saddle point at 4.13 kilometers, adding more diversity to the trail.
