This hiking route takes you to the beautiful Monte Tagliaré area, offering stunning views and challenging terrain. The total distance of the route is 7.735 kilometers with an elevation gain of 419 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.
Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across the "Colle di Rosa" saddle just 0.02 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. As you continue, you will reach the "Rifugio Paralup" alpine hut at 1.96 kilometers into the hike, providing a great opportunity to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
Along the way, you will also encounter the "Sorgente Chiot Rosa" spring at 0.13 kilometers from the start, offering a refreshing stop for water. Further along the trail, you will reach the "Croce Monte Tagliaré" memorial and the "Monte Tagliaré" peak at 3.87 kilometers, showcasing the historical significance of the area.
Before reaching the turnaround point, you will pass by the "Colletto Bello" saddle at 3.44 kilometers into the hike, adding to the natural beauty of the surroundings. As this is an out-and-back route, you will retrace your steps back to the starting point.
