Welcome to the hiking route to Serre Gros! This moderate 6.814 km out-and-back trail offers stunning views and a manageable elevation gain of 437 meters. The estimated duration for this hike is 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Starting off, you will come across the Camping des Châtaigniers campsite just 0.03 km from the trailhead. As you continue, you'll reach the Auberge du Furet restaurant at the 0.22 km mark, offering a nice spot for a break.
Further along the trail at 2.16 km, you will find the Rocher de la Tournelle peak, providing a breathtaking viewpoint of the surroundings. At the midway point (3.41 km), you'll encounter the Serre Gros peak, another must-see spot along the hike.
