This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Ajusco, known for its stunning natural landscapes. The trail starts at a parking area and quickly leads you to the iconic Ajusco volcano, located approximately 1.62 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Continuing onwards, you will reach Pico El Águila, a peak standing at 2.32 kilometers from the start of the trail. This peak offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Along the way, you will also come across Cerro La Cruz del Marquez, another peak located at about 1.62 kilometers from the trailhead. This hike covers a distance of 4.633 kilometers with an elevation gain of 505 meters, making it a challenging yet rewarding trek.
