This moderate 6.279-kilometer out-and-back hiking route takes you through the beautiful area around Bivouac possible - Pic de Rulhe Voie Normale. The trail has an elevation gain of 430 meters and can be completed in approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Starting at Plat des Peyres, the trail leads you through picturesque surroundings with the first point of interest being Cabane du Pla de las Peyres, a wilderness hut located just 0.07 kilometers from the start. This could be a good spot to rest and enjoy the scenery before continuing on.
As you hike further, at the 1.22-kilometer mark, you'll come across an information point called Pla de las Peyres, where you can learn more about the area. This is a good spot to take a break and soak in the surroundings.
Around 3.14 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach Étangs de Fontargenta, a beautiful water feature perfect for a serene pause along the trail. From there, you'll continue onwards, passing by a water point located 46 meters from the trail.
Near the halfway point of the hike, approximately 1.5 kilometers from the start, you'll find Cabane de Garsan, a shelter where you can take a break and maybe have a meal before heading back.
