This extremely difficult 15.384-kilometer circular hiking route takes you through the stunning landscape of Étang Bas de l'Albe. The trail starts at Plat des Peyres where you can park your vehicle. Make sure to bring plenty of water, as this challenging hike will take approximately 6 hours and 27 minutes to complete.
As you embark on this journey, you'll encounter several points of interest along the way. About 7.2 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across the beautiful Étang Bas de l'Albe, a picturesque water body where you can take a break and enjoy the serene surroundings.
Midway through the trail, at approximately 4.45 kilometers in, you'll reach Col des Calmettes, a scenic saddle offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. This is a great spot to take in the beauty of the landscape and snap some photos.
