This hiking route takes you along the Faflerstrasse, offering a pleasant and easy 2.5 kilometer journey with an elevation gain of 144 meters. The route is an out-and-back trail, starting at Fafleralp and leading you through the picturesque surroundings.

As you begin your hike, you will come across a bench at 0.35 kilometers from the start, providing a nice spot to rest and enjoy the views. Further along the trail at 0.31 kilometers, you will find a water point, perfect for refilling your water bottle. Continuing on, at 0.27 kilometers, there is another drinking water station conveniently located for hikers.

Halfway through the hike, at 0.89 kilometers from the start, you will find another bench where you can take a break and soak in the serenity of the area. As you head back towards the starting point, at 1.26 kilometers, there is another water point available for your convenience.

Additionally, there are information points and historic sites along the route, such as the Fafleralp information point at 0.32 kilometers and the Wayside Cross at 0.38 kilometers. Make sure to check out the Weston A Price information board at 0.37 kilometers for some interesting insight.
