Starting at the parking area near the trailhead, the hike begins with a gradual ascent through the picturesque landscape. Along the way, you will pass by historic wayside crosses, providing a glimpse into the area's cultural heritage. Approximately 0.88 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across one of these crosses located right on the trail.

As you continue your journey, you'll encounter the Hallanderberg peak about 4.59 kilometers from the start. Although not directly on the trail, this natural landmark offers a great vantage point to take in the surrounding scenery.
