This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area near Praia de Area Grande da Barda and Praia de Area Pequena da Barda beaches. The trail starts at the parking area and heads towards Fonte da Barda, where you can refill your water bottles.

As you continue along the trail, you'll come across several peaks including Monte do Faro and other viewpoints such as Faro de Brantuas, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area. These peaks are perfect spots to take a break and enjoy the scenery.

The trail is 4.168 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 191 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels. However, it is always advisable to bring enough water, wear proper hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before starting your hike.

At 2.06 kilometers into the hike, you'll reach Monte do Faro, a peak that offers a great vantage point overlooking the area. Heading back, you can stop by the saddle at 1.66 kilometers from the start, offering a unique perspective of the landscape.
