Welcome to the hiking route on Via Aurelia! This 8.1 kilometer difficult out-and-back trail offers stunning views and a challenging terrain for experienced hikers.

Starting off, you will pass by Caffeteria i Dui Cantonè, a cozy cafe just 0.02 kilometers from the start where you can grab a quick snack or coffee. As you continue, you will come across Tagliamento, a restaurant 2.24 kilometers into the hike, perfect for a meal on the way back.

Around 3.18 kilometers into the hike, you will find a shelter for a quick rest before continuing on. Make sure to visit the viewpoint at 4.06 kilometers, offering breathtaking scenery to admire. Additionally, there is an information point nearby providing insights about the area.

Although the peak of Monte Salto del Cavallo is not directly on the trail, it is still visible from a distance of 1.49 kilometers. The trail offers an elevation gain of 218 meters, so be prepared for a challenging climb.
