This hiking route takes you through a challenging but rewarding terrain in the beautiful area surrounding CAI, Club Alpino. The route is an out-and-back trail spanning a total distance of 14.616 kilometers with an elevation gain of 587 meters, making it extremely difficult in terms of difficulty.

As you begin your journey, you will come across various Points of Interest (POIs) along the way. About 1.55 kilometers from the start, you will find Rifugio, a restaurant where you can rest and refuel. A little further along the trail at the same distance, there is also a cafe called Silafunghi Campanaro.

For those driving to the trailhead, parking options are available at 0.0 kilometers from the start, with both fee and no-fee parking facilities nearby. Additionally, there are various dining options such as Peccati di Gola, a restaurant, and Mangia e Scappa, a fast-food joint along the way.

As you continue on the trail, at around 0.48 kilometers from the start, you will discover a picnic site perfect for a quick break. Further up the trail, at 2.13 kilometers from the start, there are drinking water facilities available to keep you hydrated. Towards the end of the trail at 7.31 kilometers, you will reach CAI, Club Alpino, an alpine hut where you can consider spending the night or simply take in the picturesque surroundings.

It's important to note that some POIs are slightly off the trail, so be sure to plan your stops accordingly. This challenging hike requires proper hiking gear, plenty of water, snacks, and a well-prepared mindset.
