This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area of Réserve biologique dirigée de la Sapinière de l'Isard. The trail starts at Osque du Couret parking area. As you begin your hike, you will pass by Cabane de l'Herbe-Soulette, situated 1 km away, offering a great accommodation option along the way.

Further along the trail, at 4 km distance, you will come across Cabane Col de La Terme, a wilderness hut where you can take a rest and enjoy the serene surroundings. As you continue your journey, you will reach Col d'Auarde, a natural saddle point located 5 km from the start, providing a stunning viewpoint of the surrounding landscapes.

For those in need of refreshment, there is a drinking water point at a distance of 3 km, and a spring named Bar des Oiseaux which is located right on the trail. As you approach the endpoint, you will discover Source sous Col de la Terme spring at 4 km away, providing a fresh source of water.

This out-and-back trail offers a total distance of 18.88 km with an elevation gain of 1480 meters. It is recommended to bring an adequate supply of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear.
